question communication protocol ford F150 year 2007

Hello everyone.
I am new to the forum.
I come from Belgium I am 32 years old.
I do not know what else to say for the presentation.
please do not hit me for my writing mistakes. ...
I do my best English is not my language every day.

I come to you because I am facing a problem.
I need to know the communication protocol of my F150 lariat of 2007.
I think it's a can and the terminals used for the signal are pin 6 and pin 14 of the connector.
But I would like to be certain.
By what I see that the terminal 7 (iso) and also used in the connector.
I try to check with forscan the protocol used but I do not really see any information about it.
Forscan indicates communication ISO 15765.
And J2534 specific.

Thanks for your help
Ludo

Hi, Ludo, I have a 2007 F150 FX4 so hopefully I can help you out.
On your DLC, terminal 3 is for your UBP circuit which communicates with your vehicle security module, drivers seat module and climate control.
Unfortunately your elm device won't see this circuit.
Terminal 7 is the ISO circuit for your park and srs modules.
Terminal 6 and 14 are your HS-CAN network for your instrument cluster, PCM , ABS and 4X4.
Terminal 4 and 5 are grounds and terminal 16 is battery power.
Hopefully this will help,
Andrew
