Did you make sure to install the key into Window's Registry, before going back into Forscan. In windows 10 you can Right Click on the License.key and click on Merge. It will ask you do you trust this source. Click OK, that you trust the source, and it will load the key into registry. THEN go back into forscan and you should be able to load the license in.

It does not give the "Merge" option when I right click on the key in Windows 10.

I even edited the key in the registry with the string from the license and it made no difference either.

I finally had to manually edit the ID and the license strings in the registry in order to get this extended license to work, no matter how many times I loaded the license in the software it would not update the registry entry.
