Maybe I am missunderstanding the question, but 2.3.13 is on the download page. Just scroll down until you see 2.3.13 and click download. Be sure to check the version when you open forscan to see if it took.

I'm not seeing the IPC modules either with my wired obd scanner. 2018 f250 6.7 running latest version of forscan. Read in another thread that it may be on the other side of the switch at the scanner but forscan isn't asking me to switch?
Is that the solution? Move the switch? Like others have said I don't want to screw anything up..
I have a screenshot of what modules I can access but it says its too large to load in the thread.
Thanks in advance for your help.

I had the same problem on my 2004 f250, went back to the 2.3.13 and works fine now.

I was having trouble finding it on my 2018 f150 Tonight after a few hrs of playing with it I found out the company installed my switch backwards. So I deleted the profile and started over.

That is exactly what I found as well. Just now seeing your reply and it would have saved some time and the awesome mods time on here helping trying to dx that. I was thinking my luck I got the only one they either wired backwards or put the decal on in reverse. Thanks for your reply. I wish it would have notified me when you did.

FORScan recognizes modules by their part numbers, modules of new models usually have new part numbers that have to be added to the database periodically, what happens in new FORScan releases. Programming 2019 F-Series IPCs is supported in FORScan 2.3.17 (no public release yet, but everyone can request a test build from us in PM or by email).

However, what f-wolf and twisterrescue explained is actual for some brand new models of 2018 and 2019 model years, specifically:

2018 Expedition (U553)
2018 Navigator (U554)
2018 Ecosport (B515)
2018 Ka/Figo (B562)
2018 Ranger (P375)
2018 Everest (U375)
2019 Transit Connect (V408 MCA)
2019 Focus (C519)
(most likely, the list will grow)

In contrast to Ford IDS, FORScan will support these models (in fact, already does), but configuration and programming for some modules (first of all, for IPC) may not work. We are going, however, make these functions available in the future, although so far it is not clear how much time it will take.

We have sticked the thread as the information may be helpful for many users.
I have an Ecosport 2018 (India). Is this now released? I would like to make changes to the IPC to enable auto lock function.

Is anyone having a connection problem using OBDLink MX+ with FORScan 2.3.18 in a 2018 Ford F-150 Raptor? I am using a Windows tablet.
I am not getting the IPC or ACM modules which, of course, are the ones I want to modify.
I am able to read and edit the DCM, APIM,DCDC, PAM, and BdyCM modules.

Is it my truck, the MX+, or the 2.13.18 version?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

It is 2.3.18.

OBDLink MX+ has new STN chip 2255 that is not recognized properly by v2.3.18. So it works with the adapter as with regular ELM327 without MS-CAN support. Your car has majority of modules available through MS-CAN bus, so it is serious problem. MX+ support is added in 2.3.19, you can PM for Windows test build unless can wait for official release. Nearest releases of FORScan Lite for Android and iOS will also support MX+, that's most important for iOS because this is the first Bluetooth adapter that can work in iOS.
