C-Max 1.8 TDCI Lynx VDO Siemens inector swap

Hello, looking for a bit of help please.

Vehicle is a C-MAX 2008, 1.8L Duratorq-DI HPCR (115PS) Lynx with VDO Siemens injectors that have displayed the inherent fault of dropping into limp mode when on a reasonable journey at higher ambient temperatures.

Have sourced a set of reconditioned injectors, they arrived and the condition reflected that of reconditioned, nice and new and not been used so fitted them along with timing belts (as vehicle is now 10 years old), and a service that included a new fuel filter. Hooked up Forscan and loaded Cylinder Balance/Contribution live data which returned the following values:
CylBal_1 1.40010500
CylBal_2 0.60334952
CylBal_3 0.60005372
CylBal_4 0.60005372

All nice and even except #1, so swapped injectors #1 and #3 (physical order not firing order) to see if the values stay constant or if they move with the injector (new seals used) to try and isolate the cause of the abnormal value.

Re-ran Forscan live date again, following values returned of:
CylBal_1 0.87989160
CylBal_2 0.60005372
CylBal_3 1.40010500
CylBal_4 0.60090828

Given the firing order is 1,3,4,2, the injector swap of #1 (CylBal_1 value) and #3 (CylBal_2 value) has lowered nicely to an acceptable value in line with the rest, but why would CylBal_3 (physical injector #4) increase like it has? Or am I reading it wrong?
