FORScan Windows installation failed - no EXE to run program

Post by DLS7265 » Sat Jun 30, 2018 6:30 pm

Hi all. Apologies if this was answered already, I cannot find anything relating.

Upon the installation of "FORScan version 2.3.15 beta for Windows" attempting to run the program fails to run due to the missing exe file.
I've registered and received admin approval, disabled any AV programs and am still unable to run the program.

I'm running Win10. Please let me know if you need any addition information.

Thank you!

Try to disable the FIREWALL as well ... and see if that helps

I'm the getting this, when I click on the Forscan desktop icon, after downloading to my Windows laptop.

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

Any idea as to what I did wrong or what I need to do to get Forscan to work on my Windows laptop?

Thanks
