911 Assist not operational

Post by rschildwachter » Mon May 14, 2018 5:30 pm

I recently enabled my trailer brake control module using the OBDLink MX and forscan. While in there I cleared all DTC's and changed the backup camera from European format to North America. Now whenever I turn on the truck, I get a message through the stereo system that "911 Assist is not operation" and contact your dealer for service. Has anyone experienced this same issue and figured out the fix?

Thanks in advance.

I had the same experience. I have been unable to solve it. I also would dearly like the fix.
