I've had this product two weeks got nothing on screen I purchased elm 327 and my laptop say's no connection even though the The 327 lights up the disk I received was shattered with no reply from the company I bought it from contacted the forscam company and no response either it seems both companies feel it is necessary to rape one of many customers anyone have a idea what to do

Mine was the same until I loaded the correct driver into laptop, it worked fine after that.

If you ship the car over to me, I'll let you know! lol j/k but i have no idea really, but dont see why not. And the price is worth the gamble. Mine works fine here in the USA,

I can't find an ELM327 adapter that will connect with my 2015 Edge. Bought two different USB OBDII with HS/MS CAN. One connected once and was able to eliminate the hated double honk, but then couldn't find the ELM after that. DOES ANYONE HAVE AN EDGE AND KNOW OF AN ADAPTER THAT WILL WORK? PLEASE!

if it connected once then it should connect all the time , have you tryied a different laptop/pc , making sure the hs/ms switch is in the hs position when first connecting ? , not loading the profile ( if you saved one ) and let it detect the modules again ? .

I know, doesn't make sense. Once it connected, I thought I was home free. Have not tried a different laptop. Guess that is next, will install Forscan on another laptop and see what happens. Not sure now to determine the hs/ms switch setting. Not labeled, Tried to connect in both positions.
