Hi everybody, good morning,

I have a trouble with my C-max 1.6 tdci 115hp (2011)...

My car doesn't work properly and P02D3 and P02DF are showed in a scan. I have gone to my ford oficial dealer here in Vitoria (Spain) and they say me that maybe the have to change two injectors (only each injector 1000€!) but next wedbesday i leave the car there and they check correctly if is that. My car has 65000Km...

I have been looking here some people with the same issue. Do you think the issue so serious to have to change the injectors or can be just calibrate the inyectors?

I have to say that last may (2016) i had a problem also with injectors at cold start, making the engine big noise and the solved calibrating injectors. And now again problems...

Thanks everybody for your help, i'm lost...

Hola Mikel:

I've been told not "officially" by a Ford exclusive dealer here in Portugal that the 2011 Focus MK3 have terrible problems with the injectors.
So even if your car is only 65000km you could be one of the unfortunate guys who got crappy injectors. Put some pressure on them and tell them that you are aware of the 2011 plagued injectors. Let's see if they cope with some repairs. Good luck, Miguel.

My car is making some injection noise and I'm wanted to find out if this will be solve the problem.

I have S-Max 2008, 2.0 TDCI 140HP

I cannot find PID named INJ_LRN
My enging has some noise reading this post I thought to check those pid's to see if injectors are fully learned.

Are they not available for this model or I am doing something wrong?
