Crash on startup

Post by jangCZ » Thu Mar 26, 2020 6:32 pm

Hello.
I try to start Forscan, the program will start (in the Task manager), it will not appear in the Start bar at all, and the program will shut down itself within 3 seconds.
When I start Safe Mode in Windows, the program will start normally.
I tried to look, but I couldn't find a solution anywhere.
Below is an error listing.

What Windows version are you using?
The application version appears incorrect, did you test for a virus?

I'm sorry, thank you for the translation.
I use Windows 7 home premium 64 bit. I tried to install the last two versions of Forscan, but it didn't work both. I tested Forscan for a virus - all right, I will try to test the whole computer.

When I create a new profile on my computer, the program always quits with an error.
I tried to install Forscan on another computer and it normally starts there.
I wonder where the error might be - I expect somewhere on the computer.
Does anyone happen to have an idea what to look for or what to try?

I tested the whole computer and no viruses. I tried to uninstall and install Forscan and still can't start. I don't know what to do about it anymore.

Yes, I tried it and I have the file ftd2xx.dll in the Forscan folder. It also doesn't work.
I have found that when I start Windows and start Forscan while loading the desktop, it will start normally. If I try this half a minute later, Forscan won't start.
In Task Manager, I tried to shut down all processes and run Forscan after every shutdown and it also doesn't work.
