USB adapter

Post by martinbgmsem » Sat Nov 30, 2019 1:06 am

I have access to a Rotunda VCM II, Bosch Type MTS 6516 VCI P/N F-00k-108-650 VCM II P/N 164-r980S. The software I have wont let me in to change the tire size to the 275/65/20 changing from 245/75/17. Will this adapter allow me in with the Forscan? I'm somewhat computer literate and all I really want to change is the tire size so the shift points will come back to normal. The service manager said it was impossible because "the chip is burned in". I don't believe the service manager anymore.

If this won't work, please recommend a good USB adapter. I hate to buy the wrong USB adapter. I will buy the right one.

Thanks for your patience.

How to Calculate your Tire Size Using the Ford As-Built Tire Calculator and Configure It Using FORScan
When changing your tire size, you need to fine-tune your programmed tire size so that your car will match with your particular tires. Here’s how to do it using the Ford As-Built Tire Calculator and FORScan:
