FORscan and more informations

Post by Le_Cee » Sun Oct 13, 2019 1:48 pm

Hello,

I did not find any forum for Fiesta so I post here.

My problem is that I find the screaming treble. I own the Fiesta with the original car audio and Sony speakers :

I heard about "FORscan" that would just give a signal flatter than that sent by my car. Have you ever used or know this software? And how do I know if my car is compatible with it or not?

Thank you in advance !

You should be able to adjust your Sony audio using Forscan. You will need to research this. Search for the F-150 spreadsheet and review the settings for the ACM.

Thank you for your reply.

Excuse me, but I admit I have never used FORscan yet. Where can I find this famous F-150 spreadsheet?

Hello,

Thank you.

I will order the ODB adapter. I just wanted to have your opinion to order an authentic one. Because I found all full on Amazon but I do not know which are certified ...

If you have one to advise me, it would be great!

Hi,

I come back to you to give you news of my problems
I bought a Bbfly adapter VINT-TT55502 and also an ELM 327 but I can not change the values of ACM on either. Indeed I can connect with my car and the adapter to Forscan but as soon as I try to change the values of ACM, I have an error message that says that my adapter does not is not compatible with this function.

So I come back to you to find out if it is an adapter problem or if it is the ACM of my car that is not modifiable. If it's an adapter problem, which one will you advise me to make sure it works?

Thank you in advance.

See the forum topic for " adapters connection" for recommendations.
