10-12 Ford taurus compatibility

Post by Mr357 » Sun Jun 16, 2019 4:35 pm

Recently discovered forscan after someone recommended it to modify my factory sony audio system. Does forscan work with 10-12 taurus? I have a 2012 sho I want to simply remove the factory amp sound processing that restricts the sound and roll off at higher volume. I have 2 new component sets in the front and rear door with a 4 channel and one sub all wired through a fosgate dsr1. I thought this was going to be eliminated after installed but misunderstood

look at the release notes of forscan and see if it is listed. If all else fails email forscan directly to find out .

Well I got email from forscan saying it is compatible. I just need to know what I need to do to accomplish what I want. Either repin the acm or someone who knows how to eliminate the factory sound processing in the Sony amp
