Programming issue.

Post by Jmod6.7 » Fri Jun 14, 2019 12:52 am

Hello all! Kinda new to the forscan world so bear with me here. I can connect and make changes to my 2015 f250 6.7 no problems at all. My dad just recently got a 2019 f250 6.7 and he wants some changes made but I'm having an issue. Forscan shows that it is connected to the truck. However it will not allow me to perform configurations or even do self diagnostic tests for that matter. It will start the procedure but then get stuck around 60% and just sit there. Sometimes get stuck at 30%. No issues performing tasks on my 2015 but his 2019 is causing me these issues. Any ideas?

It could be the case that forscan doesnt support the 2019 truck yet? You will need to email them direct to find out. Also check the release notes of the software and see if the truck is listed
