Hi all let's call it three times the charm. Reloaded png file a few times and now all is working well. Thanks again - all will be happy with this feature now enabled. Thanks again for support and patience

Since I've seen some people having issues with adding nav to their sync with 3.10, here is everything you need.

3.10 Nav Files:
https://mega.nz/#!i6hxGAia!gDzNY4mBHmSO ... hVbLxj7TXc

Nav Patch:
https://mega.nz/#!zmBWxCBC!Xgpa4AM3R5_A ... YFh8s5VJgs

Download and extract 3.10 Nav Files onto USB drive and install in vehicle. Should automatically install once USB is plugged in.
Download Nav Patch and place onto USB and plug USB into vehicle. Go to settings>display>wallpaper>add>Nav Patch and then press the thumbnail to enable.

Then run forscan, switch the code, and insert nav card. Should be good to go after that with no resetting needed.
So ive done everything but the 3.10 files. I updated a couple months ago. Did everything so far but this 3.10 nav files. Put an a9 card in today and it wont read. All i need to do is upload 3.10 via usb stick? 2015 f150
Thank you

quick run through if it can help...system was already on 3.08 so I downloaded the 3.08 nav app, extracted to my USB stick and plugged it in my car. it didn't show any difference on the screen settings but it will be there. then I changed the digit with forscan then I changed the wallpaper to the nav patch and this time I pressed the unlock button(yes, I forgot to press it the last time) then did master reset and when it came back on I had a small compass, it said navigation at the top and said to insert an ad card, which I did...AND IT WORKED LOL

I have just installed version 3.08 on my 2012 Focus Titanium Sync 2. Now I have a question, I have to take it in to the dealer for some recall work. Do does anyone think that they will check the Sync’s version and finding it to be version 3.08 and change it? If they do will I be able to Change it back to version 3.08? Thanks in advance for all the help...

You are perfectly entitled to be running Sync Ver. 3.8 or even the newer 3.10 as these are supplied updates by Ford. There is a way to bring it back to 3.08 from 3.10 but you have to know what you are doing and I don't understand why you wouldn't want to be running the latest.

Anyone willing to help. Haven’t done this kind of thing in a long time and have recently got a 2015 CMAX. I’ve read through so many pages and tried a few things but nothing is working.

Has anyone got a walkthrough on how to do all this? my version if it’s any help is 4.32.14073

Many thanks

Start with upgrading your Sync version to 3.8 or 3.10. They are newer than 4.32. It will only work with with these versions and then do installations all over again. Lots of material in this thread and some posts explain it really well. look at post 937 here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/window ... 080/page94. All files are there.
