Does the extended license last for 2 or 3 months? If I generate an extended license when does the clock start ticking (from the time I create it or from the date I add it in FORScan?

Trying to get the extended license and I get the following error:
Unable to generate license key. Please make sure Hardware ID is copied correctly

I have used the copy to clipboard function, manually copied and manually typed the ID.
I always get the same result

2.3.19 beta
Used the generator form page on multiple computers, using different browsers and always received the same error.

Hello guys, hoping for some help here. I received my Extended License, and when I load it, it restarts, but when it comes back up, I don't have the confirmation that the license is still there. It also show an activation key. How do I get this to work? I have version 2.3.19. Thank you
