Hard starting + smoke at first start (cold). Logs attached

Hello,
When the engine is cold, I can start the engine only on the second or on the third crank. And the engine is running rough for ~10 seconds. After the engine starts, I can start it on the first crank.
I have a lot of smoke (white smoke) for the first ~5 minutes.
I attached some ForScan logs.

Any ideas where is the problem?

Ford Galaxy, 2012, 2.0 tdci UFWA.

Many thanks in advance,

those logs are just un-readable, too much info. check your glow plugs and injectors.

Glow plugs were tested, are ok. (let's say that there is a problem with glow plugs, the smoke remains for ~3-5 minutes?)
Injectors are changed from another car, should be ok.

In the logs are all the parameters, for which parameters are you looking to filter the data?

The new* injectors did you code them? and whats the injector balancing look like via the PID data

Thank you for the reply.
I wrote the code of the newest injectors (these newest injectors were repaired, maybe weren't calibrated, I see only the original stickers, I don't know).

The injector balance is here https://drive.google.com/open?id=1zWy_z ... E1Wt_ssa6i (please open the file with Excel for eg)
Maybe the injectors are the problem, or can be High-Pressure Pump or Injection Timing or low engine pressure in cylinders? Any ideas are welcome..

Take a screenshot of the PID at idle and 3k rpm while at operating temp. If there's an in balance its recommended doing a leak off test.

edit,

After reading the spreadsheet, your injectors look werid best grabbing a screenshot, the PID for low oil is yes when u rev the engine

edit 2

Did you reset the learn't values for the injectors?

got injectors from other vehicle "so should be ok" NO NO NO. Injectors get damaged in removal lots of times. These are not like the old injectors, they are fragile to say the least. Your symptoms are classic duff injector. Do a leak back check with bottles or pull them out and have them checked.

Any fault codes? The injectors are piezo so no correction factors are required, you just fit them and that’s it. Probably not the best way to go about it by just swapping components. Back to the beginning so what’s the symptoms and any fault codes?

Thank you reply. The injectors are Delphi. No fault codes.
Regarding the symptoms: smoke when the engine is very cold, after a few minutes (or miles) everything is ok. When the engine is very cold (arround 10 Celsius degrees) I cannot accelerate the engine in first ~3 seconds from start.
I will try to do this week a leak off test, thank you for suggestions.

Think it would be wise to check the glow plugs, you can do some measurements with a multimeter as well as bench test them. What’s the vehicle performance like when weather is mild or engine is warm?
