What am I doing wrong? PATS not there.

Got my 2014 mustang with only 1 key...

I picked up the VINT OBDII with the toggle switch off amazon.
I have 2 keys (from amazon too) already cut (that was drama, no one wants to cut keys bought online)

I plug it into my 2014 Mustang.
Have the switch pointing to the passenger side (the only way it communicates) and hit connect.
Sometimes it says it cant identify the car, but sometimes it has me select the 2014 Mustang.
When it does it finds PCM and OBD, then asks me to flip the switch. I do and it finds more stuff...
But no where can I find the PCM PATS menu.
Here is a screen shot of what I get...

Did I get a bum/chinese scan tool? or am I doing it wrong?
I've read a lot of post and watch videos, but every time this is what I get.

Finally got around to finding the issue...

It was the POS cheap USB tool.

I jut got my OBDLink MX+

First time I connect I see PATS!
Now I have new keys with built in fobs!

Zen.

Good result, lots of poor quality clones out there.

Zen, you could've read viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1834&start=100#p19886 and spared yourself an experiment.
If that's the same Vint, it's listed as questionable.
There are better and best options.
