Steering Wheel Volume/Seek buttons stopped working

Hello all,
I have a 2014 Fiesta Titanium Hatchback and i recently decided to modify the MFT to enable Nav (Since i'm in Colombia it doesn't come activated by factory) and i was able to do so, i got the screen to show the "..insert Nav SD Card" message and all is working well, except now the volume and seek control as well as the voice command buttons are not working.
I tried to reset the ACM, i went to the ICP and looked for the steering wheel controls and i have enabled and disabled then re-enabled again and nothing works, got a DTC stating that there was no communication with the module.
Is there a specific address that i can navigate to and change it or is it best to just disconnect the actual control from the steering wheen and reconnect. I don't want the stealership to charge me for this.

Thanks in advance.

I've run into the same issue. Any luck getting it sorted?

All fixed now.
I had changed a value in the ICP module.
So all i did was restore to As built and reprogrammed it and done.
I forced reset the modules and disconnected the battery after reprogramming.
Now Navigation in MFT 8' in Colombia is working no issues with all voice commands, all steering wheel commands as factory.
I should mention that this nav map update is the C6 and so far it only works in some south american countries.
