static regeneration loop DPF Galaxy ?

Post by galaxy77 » Fri Sep 19, 2014 8:45 am

Hello, I need a new diesel evaporator system and at the technical information system from Ford they say I need also a static regeration loop for the DPF. I saw that forscan is applicable to do this. How is the loop of the regeneration. I mean the time and the maxium motor speed. It´s only tha I´m not so surprised by the regeneration. My car is a Ford Galaxy TDCI 163 PS , Bj. 12/2010.

FORScan informs about regeneration time before start of the procedure. It is usually about 25 min for these models. Engine speed is usually increased up to 3000 rpm.
