"So the possible causes of P1000 could be: battery disconnected - did that few weeks ago and i have been driving a lot.
PCM Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) have recently been cleared with a scan tool - 4 days ago, so maybe this could be the problem"

Yes 100 %. The PCM will store the emissions test for that day. Disconnecting the battery (you noticed) may reset the clock and those PCM values. Depending on the vehicle, the radio presets will return. Those are stored within the radio eeprom.
Sometimes the electric window "one trip up, one trip down" require a reset.
Replacing the battery is a reasonable explanation.

Hello, so P1000 disappeared, but i still have CAN error, so i am not able to go to all modules. I tried it on different car (focus mk2) and it worked perfectly... Is focus mk1 supported?

2002 Ford Focus ZETEC ST
Diagnostics is PWM J1850 and ISO
The model does not support CAN
The scan tool is looking for CAN and in that model and CAN does not exist.
You should find a workshop manual and read about that model.
The Focus mk1 and Focus mk2 are completely different models.

The model you just tested is a MK1? The images are from that MK1?

Yes, that is MK1.
There is nothing wrong with the adapter.
Diagnostics is PWM J1850 and ISO = Pulse Width Modulation
The model does not support CAN = The diagnostic protocol is PWM with ISO
Look at the diagnostic adapter, PINs 6 and 14 are likely non existent.

You still don't understand!
There is likely no problem with the adapter you have.
Read this!
https://obdstation.com/obd2-protocols/

The protocols are just a "language". The adapter is an interpreter.
The adapter will speak English, French, Italian, Russian, Spanish, German, Chinese, Portuguese, Arabic, Polish, Uzbek, Czech and so on.

Good quality ELM327 devices speak ALL the languages.
