Hi,

I also have S-Max 2.0 tdci 163PS (2.0L Duratorq DOHC(150/163PS)-DW10C) but from 2010. PCM: AG91-12A650-XF (hardware), AG91-14C204-BF (software).

I can't find nor CylBal_1...CylBal_4 nor F_INJ_A...F_INJ_D nor IBDSO...IBDSF. Nothing I could connect with balance for injectors.

I'm using FORScan Lite for Android 1.1.2 with Icar2 WiFi, no MS-CAN.

FORScan database has no injector/cylinder balance PIDs for this engine (ones exist in our database seems to be not supported by your PCM), but we may try to find ones. Do you use FORScan for Windows ?

Hi there,

I also can't find injector/cylinder balance PIDs on my Ford Fiesta MK7 (2012) 1.6 TDCi. It is possible to get any information about the injectors?

Greetings

I have a problem with my mondeo mk4 1.8 tdci with pcm and siemens vdo injectors. At about 110km / h in 5 and 6 marches I have a heartbeat, not every day, and both cold and hot. I did check the injectors and it's ok according to the pompista. With forscan I saw that the beat is felt at about 1100 bar in the common rail. I have the value of cilbay in cylinder 4 at about 0.60. The others Ok .. I did the compression test in Ford and the cylinders are ok and all the same. The mechanic Ford put me 3 used injectors that he had, on the 2/3/4 cylinder. On the cyl 1 I left mine .. Then I changed in rotation with one of mine that I removed earlier .. The machine does not beat strong, but I have these injectors for a few days. I reset the knock sensor with forscan, pcm adaptations but nothing has changed ... I changed the correction factor that I originally had on 5 this morning (the machine I bought used at 130.000km ... now it has 170.000km )

I set the factor 4 and it seems that the machine is sweeter and pushes slightly more ... With 6 instead it is equal to 5 ... I left 4 for now ... Meanwhile I looked for the vdo catalog where it says that the injectors vdo of 2.0 103 kW have a correction factor based on the spare part code. While the injectors of my 1.8 tdci motor are not mentioned any correction factor

I have some questions...

Because if in the catalog vdo does not report a correction factor, it would be genetic? If I change the factor with 4, is the machine better? With 5 and 6 it looks more crude.

If I can write here, what is the cylbal value determined by? And because if I put other injectors, I did the compression test and it's ok, I still have this low value only on the cyl4..the machine doesn't go into recovery, it accelerates well and travels up to 200km / h

What else could this beat come from?

Hi, i have also balances with a different numbers. The highest is about 1.3 (cylinder 3 from left to right) and the lowest about a little bit over 0.67 (cylinder 4 at gearbox). The injector in a cylinder near gearbox is new, injectors on cylindres 1 and 2 from left to right have new needles-they are tested and should be fine. I've send on test the last injector which comes on cylinder 3 from left to right. The bosch servise is Edinburgh-Diesel Ltd, UK. I hope that they will do a good job.

The only problem with my car is that i have a kind of a noise (injector noise, but which one) in first gear at 1500rpm when i try to accelerate fast, otherwise is ok. If i'm already driving there is almost not noise. 3 injectors were tested /repaired at 220.000 miles.

If your injectors are ok, look at EGR valve. Pay attention on EGR cooler, because it can leak or sticky turbocharger vanes. If you raplace injectors, you have to replace only with the same number 4m5q...ad, but not from cars 2008 -2009.

Regards
