FORScan issues

Post by 409f150 » Sat May 11, 2019 11:10 pm

I have a 2018 F150 and when attempting to change a few things I lose my drive modes. I started off with bambi mode when you cycle the key off/on it displays a message saying drive modes not available. Can go in and set back to stock and drive modes come back. No matter what i change the same thing happens, but as soon as you go back to the factory setting everything works fine. Anyone have an idea what the issue could be?

Some changes create temporary side effects. Sometimes you need to drive the vehicle for a while to trigger or reset the item that is causing the strange behavior. Nobody knows exactly what is going on and the symptoms change by vehicle and item changed.

My vehicle always thinks the right rear door is unlocked after any Forscan change. Locking the doors using the button inside the vehicle fixes it.
