I purchased a lifetime extended license a few years ago. on a Win 7 PC I am currently using a newer win10 PC and wish to transfer the license. My new hardware ID is F5034B2A-999B
Posting the Hardware ID on the open forum will not help and is not generally a good idea

If you still have the Win 7 machine operable and the Activation code saved either in your email inbox or you printed and filed a copy (best way to keep it safe) you will need to run Forscan in the windows 7 machine and use the "Uninstall Licence Key" button to deactivate the licence from the Win 7 machine at the activation server! Then reactivate the licence by running Forscan on the Win 10 machine and reactivate the licence on the Win 10 machine using the same activation code using Install Licence Key button inside the Forscan About page(both machines will need to have an internet connection)!

That Activation code is gold so do not loose it and if you have misplaced it or the win 7 machine is no longer operable, you will have to email the team at https://forscan.org/contactus.html with at least the Name you used to purchase, the email it was sent to, and even better, the Order number from your original licence purchase! If you have a copy of the activation code, emailing the team should not be necessary unless the WIN 7 machine is inoperable or the deactivation process fails for some reason!

Hope that helps?

Install the key within Forscan using the "Load License key" button in the About Icon Page. See if this will help you: viewtopic.php?p=63970#p63970

Has anyone had trouble opening trial version of extended license key?

I get a message saying that "the specified file is not a registry script. You can only import binary registry files from within the registry editor"

Try doing it through Forscan as in this Post viewtopic.php?p=63970#p63970

Hi,
When registering my license for two months, I entered my email address incorrectly and now I cannot obtain this license. What to do?
