Hi,

I have requested a free extended licence but I entered the wrong email address. Now when I try to do the request again, I enter the correct email address but I keep getting the message that the licence has already been sent to the email address that I entered first (the wrong email address). what can I do?

Thanks,
Laurentiu

In reading the Extended License FAQ, it references 1 year, 3 year, 5 year and lifetime licenses available in the Products section; however, I only see 1 year and 3 year. Have the other two options been removed/suspended or am I being stupid? Wait, maybe don't answer that very last question :D

Thanks, Greg

There have been some "Technical problems" with the Five year and Lifetime licenses and they have been, hopefully temporarily, removed from the products page and you are not being stupid!

See the last post in this topic for sightly more info. viewtopic.php?f=5&t=19502

I just downloaded your free two month extended license key. I received it by e-mail with a link to click on. When I click on the link it downloads but when I try to open it it seems that my computer is trying to open the file using Adobe Acrobat and an error message comes up telling me I cannot open the key using that program. i did several more downloads and each time I tried to open the key it automatically goes to that Adobe program and says it cannot open the key. I am using the latest OBD LInkEX device to connect to my vehicle. Please tell me what I can do to get a key that I can open and load and please tell me why you do not have a direct support chat, e-mail or phone number that I can contact to make sure this thing runs right. It is very frustrating. I realize the download is free ( at least initially) but the money I have lost for the hours screwing around trying to get this loaded and running I would have gladly paid to get better support. Please PM me and help me get your program loaded.

Open it in Forscan as per this topic viewtopic.php?p=63970#p63970 or this topic: viewtopic.php?p=20228#p20228
Either way works!
