hmm ok may be worth doing a ecm reset then to make it relearn injector levels , you sure you didnt buy a pair of lead boots lately ?

Haha left the lead boots on the misses at the local lake when we went swimming, can you explain how I do the Ecm reset and injector relearn so I don't make a mess of things and do you think I can do it without killing it altogether lol

once forscan is connected goto the pcm /ecm reset relearn , then go for a drive down a motorway and just drive normally then let the car slow by its self not letting revs drop below 1500 or above think it was like 3500 ish then accelorate back up again then let it slow down using engine braking again ( believe 3rd gear was the one to do it in , but any gear that your not changing gear or having to do anything apart from accelorating / decellorating ) .), do that 4 or 5 times think someone did it for 25 minutes but should take about 15 to 20 minutes , then go home and read the values again.
bewarned sometimes when resetting it you have to rev the engine to keep it running for 10 to 20 secounds after reset while it does an initial set up , best to do it on a warm engine seems to help a little and gets a better injector setting as the engines upto normal running temp already .

Not sure about the injector learns, but it looks like second in the options list, and for live data you select what you want to see in the setup tab at bottom of screen and then click the arrow at the bottom of the screen in your second pic to read the live data of your selected items.
