Hello and thanks for your work.
I would like to ask an extended license question: why should this be a problem with PATS programming compared to a standard license?
Example can a thief make copies of the keys even if I have a standard license?

3. Extended License for Windows
What is Extended License, why and when do I need it?

Extended License provides access to Configuration and Programming functions of FORScan, and also few Service functions (such as PATS programming). Base FORScan functionality (connection, retrieving vehicle information, reading parameters, read and reset diagnostic trouble codes, run tests and service functions etc) do NOT require Extended License. There is a free 2 month Extended License that can be issued for anyone who has account on our forum. Also there are paid longterm and lifelong licenses. More information about Extended License can be found in this article: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=836

Hi,
As mentioned the hardware ID is different between my laptop and desktop. Issue is I have to use a USB between the two because my laptop does not have internet. How can I get my extended trial code to apply to my laptop if it prevents me from using my laptop program on the desktop program?

Get the Hardware ID No. from your Laptop ...

Use your PC with internet connection to get the License .key file using the Hardware ID No. from your Laptop ...

When downloaded ... Transfer that License .key file on to your laptop ... to get the 2 months license.

I am having problems generating a trial license. I login...enter my name, phone, and hardware ID...press 'Generate'...it then goes back to the login screen which I do again and it starts the circle over again. What am I missing?

Having trouble loading license key on my windows 10 laptop. Downloaded forescan, registered and was accepted on forum. Generated a trial license and when I try to load it goes to forscan setup. Please advise.
