Hi, I have get the 2 months trial of Extended license and it is also shown correctly in the Programm. But I cannot find the menu for PATS-Programming e.g. What maybe went wrong?
We would advise to contact support by email and provide debug information as described here:

I accidentally downloaded the .csv file instead of the .key file. How do I get the .key file now? If I choose download again, it keeps downloading the same csv file.

Are you sure you are doing it right ???

This is where you get the .key file from

Hi
I purchased a 1 year licence and it about to expire. I wish to renew it for another year is there a way to do this or do I need to start from scratch

Cheers

why when I try to generate a 2 month trial free extended license do I receive this message:

"You cannot generate more lifetime licenses than you have now"

I'm not trying to generate a lifetime license nor do I have any lifetime licenses

Hi.
I had problems with an adapter and had to uninstall and reinstall forscan and its license. After several attempts and several uninstalls and reinstalls, I requested a new key, but it remains the same.
In the extended license section, it tells me that it expires on 10/07/20. So far everything is correct, however when accessing the operations, only the basic operations appear, I cannot save keys or adjust the TCM.
I do not know what to do.

Thank you. Regards.
