Re: Standard and Extended licenses for Windows
I am sending this request from my desktop PC. I have the FORSCAN app loaded on my laptop. I have the standard license loaded but I need help installing the extended license. I did all the preliminary requirements and got the license downloaded. However, I can't install it. It tells me I need an application to activate it. I lost my original standard license code in case I need it. Please help.

Re: Standard and Extended licenses for Windows
I have tried both ways as shown on the About page. NOTHING WORKS. My computer is showing Forscan as the directory in windows and wants me to type in a "file name" to continue to open the file. I don't know what to put in that "file name" category to complete this process. Can anyone please help me with this extended license problem?
