OK thanks. When I apply the license key after downloading, I get,

If I use the Load license button I get,

and then

with nothing in those files.

how do i get the trail licenses to load? or find where the file is?

Go to Start ... Search ... put in FORScanLicense.key .. to find the file.

when i download the licence,its a whole heap of numbers and letters,i dont know what part is the licence,any help would be appreciated.

Got it installed on an old XP laptop and works fine. Enabled remote start on a Taurus. Great work here.

I bought an extension license for 1 year, and now it is Windows7. If I change it to Windows10, the hardware code is different, how should I operate to activate it?

When I try to Generate Free License,it shows
You cannot generate more lifetime licenses than you have now
What's wrong... :?:
Who can help me to generate a free key.
