HI, I was trying to PM for a extended license, but the message stuck in outbox. I'm not sure if it's sent. Anyway here's my hardware ID: 059579B0-B701. Thanks again for the code.

@Jason_Chien @unlockme and others...
Sending PM or posting here is not the correct way to get a license: read the 1st post of this thread.

Just start Forscan and go to the about dialog (steering wheel symbol) to see the hardware ID.
Hi I have the extended license and it expires today. When I look for my hardware ID it just shows my current license and expiration date. Does it auto delete after it expires? how can I get it to renew?

As already explained 1000 times - just generate a new license if your current expires!

Hello,

I generated few days ago new extended license for my forscan, because i need to program pats.

But when i am trying to load lisence information to forscan it gives only error "unable to read file"..? Forscan version is newest 2.3.3 beta (no WINE edition).

I also tested key file with older version 2.3.1 beta and same error. Hardware ID is: 8AA7533D-6342.

Should i try to generate the key file again, or?

Try to open file with notepad. If it is empty the download maybe was blocked or there is a problem with the license generation.
If file is empty try to redownload with another webbrowser (firefox, vivaldi...) and try again.

Hi,

It is not emphty, file starts with:
REGEDIT4
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Astech\FORScan]

And after that comes:
"Key"="xxxxxxxx"
"Id"="8AA7533D-6342"

And xxxxxxxx means its full of marks containing the "Key".

I will next test generate it again...
