It's easy: once expired, ask for a new one...

You can send them using PM on this forum, or using a email address on Contact Us page on this site.
I'm trying to download the Extended License and it says there's 0 bytes to download. What's going on!?

Licence due to expire 2016-08-08 but Forscan warns Extended licence required and About page has Local licence key button.

Made a new licence to download but even after load and restart the load licence button is still there.

Any clues?

Please, lf there's an Administrator monitoring this thread, I've loaded and reloaded the extended license key over and over again. Every time I try to download the generated key, the file shows 0 (Zero) bytes in the file. I've posted this question once already with no response. Can "Anyone" please help me so I can start using this program?

Did you try another browser? Maybe download is blocked for security reasons. You could also try to deactivate your antivirus solution while downloading.
File is really small but not zero. Mine is 258 bytes. Use right mouse click - edit to check the content of the file...
Download works fine here with Iron webbrowser.

This topic should be closed. There is no need for it anymore.

It´s not the problem of FORScan if people don´t read the first post until the end and don´t even read the hints on the download page or the FAQ.

Problems with license generation (if ever again server downtime occurs) can be solved by PM or email to FORScan team.

@SPO
Read the first post of this topic, hints on downloasd page or read the FAQ!!!
You can generate the license on your own. Also you need to provide more details for the license. For license generation your full name, phone number and the hardware ID are needed.

This does not depend on the license. This is not the correct thread to post in.
