If so, ideal solution for you is to get a trial license, it is free. First post of this thread explains how to do it.

ok.still not clear as to whether i can use the trial extended licence for programming PATS.can i?

The 2 month "trial license" is time limited only. It is a full featured extended license.

You must take the two-month trial when it is finished you will take another two months.
