I can say that i figured out the issue. Hopefully does a search for the extended license issue on windows.
If you have the program, and you download the extended license key, and the program is not responding with a correct license key, then the program you are using is not matching.
I know this makes no sense at all.
But i have been going through it like crazy.
i uninstalled the program, just redownload the program straight from the site.
login, or do a search for the extended license key and there is a link directly to it.
generate a new key
download the key and apply it.
Once you apply the key with the newly downloaded program it should say you have the extended license key.
if that does not work, then there is an issue somewhere and i dont know where to help.
but that solved my issue.
Now my issue is being denied the ability to make a key but thats a different topic

Dears,
last month I gave a few feedbacks on the Central Config, because there were some field not correctly displayed; I also founs some missing PIDs for Ford Fiesta.
After my feedbacks, both things have been fixed.

Am I entitled for a LifeLong Extended license?

Thanks a lot.

I obtained an extended license for my laptop, then discovered it does not have bluetooth capabilities. I will need to purchase the Android software and use my Samsung tablet. How can I transfer the extended license from the laptop to the tablet.

As far as I know, the smartphone app doesn't allow to modify central configuration, so extended license is pointless.
Buy a BT adapter instead... Or an ELM327 with USB cable.

Don't suppose those of us who have paid for the full android version could get a life long extended licence?
I've just generated a trial extended as I need to do pats but it would be nice if the license did not expire as I know I'll need it again some time in the future!

Steve.

As already mentioned a few times...
You can generate a new trial license at any time. Even if the trial license you are using still is valid.
New trial licenses can be generated at any time! As often as you want.
