I'm new and need help.

Hello, i got everything connected and working properly this morning and started trying to make a few program changes. the problem was everytime I tried to write the new program it would not complete and said service procedure interupted. I can't find what i am doing wrong. i Did see on a few posts that maybe I need to update to the .10 version but i'm not sure where to go to do so. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm all set. UPdating the software did the trick.

I am getting this same error on a 2016 ford f250 6.7L Powerstroke. I am on forscan .14, but I have tried .13 also. I am trying to run the relearn procedure on the TCM after a tire size change. The BCM completes successfully. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciative since I have an appointment to drop it off with the dealer tomorrow for a coolant leak.

Ask dealers to do it while cars there no? Not going to cost extra

Dealer said they can't write new tire sizes on these trucks. Was to scared to bring it to them for a warranty repair with CEL on.

I have a bbfly adapter that has a switch for the canbus speeds, if the switch is not set correctly, I get that error message. Not sure if your obdc adapter has a switch or not.
