Hey guys--
I've searched this quite a bit. I'm running 2.3.8 on a Windows 10 64-bit machine. I generated a key (a few times, actually) and have tried using the built in Load function from ForScan, by opening it in regedit, and by manually copy/pasting the key into the registry location. I've restarted the application, restarted the computer, and tried reinstalling. Nothing will make this extended license activate. Any ideas?

Did you check your computer date settings to be correct?

So, I tried this on another computer (one which doesn't have bluetooth

) and it worked fine. I can't seem to figure out what's wrong with my laptop, but it really won't take this extended license. Is there another option? I need to activate my trailer brake controller by the end of the week so I can tow x-country with it. Really bummed I can't seem to use this other-wise good software. Is there a backdoor activation somewhere? Any hints would really be appreciated!

Have you tried running Forscan as administrator and then loading the license key?

I have tried running as admin. It does make the right registry changes, just doesn't work. I tried it on another computer (non-corporate) and it worked; worked on another computer with our corporate OS image loaded on it

Did you ever find a resolution to this? I'm running in to the same problem on a Mac where I'm running Forescan on Windows Parallels.

I have a technical question about FORScan, to one laptop I have 3 hard drives on each other I have other diagnostic programs, you will probably ask why this is so not to drive a few laptops, in my case I take one laptop disks and I have the ability to diagnose many cars, Back to topic today i had the need to program key in Tranzit Conect 2012r i connected to FORScan and when i tried programming jumped out the message that i do not have extended license, i tried to add the license key but without effect there is any chance to run extended license.
Sorry for my bad english
