Ok thanks, I got it. I see you have Autolock enabled in GEM. When the cars locks itself if no one opens one of the car doors ? When does it lock itself, maybe after 60 seconds after unlocking ?

Autolock is enabled by default. All on the pictures are original factory settings.
As far as i remember autolock applies after 60 seconds. It is somewhere in the manual.

For me, Autolock was always disabled. Early Mondeo MK3's are notorious for central locking problems, so its best to leave it disabled. Can lock the keys inside the car and if you don't have a spare key.. Big problems!
As your car is 2003 (pre or facelifted?), do you have an instantaneous fuel consumption under IC? The procedure to switch to instantaneous fuel consumption rather than average is to be moving over 20km/h and hold the RESET button on the IC (should hear a beep from GEM it it resets) and if IC support this function as well, it should switch to it and show instantaneous fuel consumption. I think it works just for the next time you shut off the engine/restart if memory serves right.
Shame that there's no PCM and FIP modules to tinker with.

My car is from 2002. It is pre-facelift and as far as i know software version of IC is too old to support instantaneous fuel consumption. Also left button on IC is defective. It only works if you press it very very hard. I managed it only once to reset values from left display. I almost broke my finger doing this.

Pre-facelift IC doesn't support an instantaneous fuel consumption at all. It's not only software but also hardware issue. As far as I know it's connected with processor (Motorola) model version used in production process after facelift.
If you want to have an instantaneous fuel consumption in your pre-facelift MK3 you have to replace your instrument cluster with facelift one and the software version must be after January 28th 2004.

New Forscan user here and I've got a few questions. I brought a cheap chinese ELM cable and it works 100% with Forscan and it got a HS-MS switch on it. But how do I know which mode is selected ? Forscan doesn't show it although under Settings, Connection MS-CAN support is set to AUTO so logically I should just flip the switch on the adapter itself?
I got a Ford Mondeo mk3 2.0L, 2001 make TDDi 85kW Diesel and there's no PCM and FIP modules in Programming window although these modules are discovered. I know a TDDi is pretty limited in these things being an early OBD2 and not fully compliant. I can access IC, GEM, Restraints modules (though no parametres to adjust), EATC doesn't work for some reason. If anyone know or own a TDDi, I would really appreciate your thoughts and sorry if I asked in the wrong board section.
Hello I bought my mondeo in march 2002. I must recode my injector but I can't get it connected to Forscan. I use this ELM https://autowolf.nl/nl/obd2/329-elm327- ... elaar.html
You managed to do it with yours TDDI. Which version of Forscan did you use?

Greetings
