Team vacation July 8th - August 9th

Due to sheduled vacation in the period of July 8th - August 9th 2023, the head developer will not be available at office. By unfortunate and unexpected occasion, our support team specialist resigned just couple of days before the event (cannot blame him as this work is really hard). Other team members are unable to replace any of us as they work in their own field. So unfortunately, in the mentioned period we will not be able to provide normal technical support. The mail will be checked by chance (may be once per day, may be once per several days). Technical issues that require complicated technical work or significant development will be postponed to August. We will still try to resolve simple issues.

We have a request to our paid users: we cannot stop selling licenses because a lot of people need it in their everyday work. But if you are going to purchase paid license just because you want to get some support, please be informed that you may not get it in time. In any case, refunds from unhappy users will be processed without any additional questions or problems. However, users who initiated chargeback instead of refund, will still continued to be banned.
