What you need to program is the As built Data (also known as variant coding), this is what tells the module which features your car has.

To program ABD you need to obtain an extended license. http://forscan.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=836

Also, can you communicate with your old BCM? If so you copy the data and save it to your computer (there are load and import functions in forscan) and then use it to program the new one. This is the best method as to not loose any customer saved settings.

If you can't get this data from the old BCM you can pull the ABD from https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt and enter your vin number.

The section you need to get into is the one on the left side of Forscan that looks like a microchip called programming and configuration.

The mk4 mondeo keeps a copy of the bcm in the instrument panel. Does Forscan have the option to copy it to a new bcm.

That is not a valid file... that isn't a calibration file name... that is a part number for a physical module. Two completely different things.
