FORScan is a pure diagnostic tool compared to all the "features" offered with Torque Pro.
FORScan has access to the entire network similar to Ford's IDS. That is the limitation with Torque Pro.
With FORScan, you may not even have control over the size of any gauge or graph compared to Torque Pro.
Torque Pro however can access multiple PIDs you asked about "If the calculations are either entered or created via .xml files".
Torque Pro offers all kinds of solutions towards images, size and form.
To request FORScan data from more than one controller and display the PIDs on one screen with Android or iOS lite version, is not possible.
Maybe in the future but don't see the point when multiple modern controllers share data between them.
The only advice is to find the exact PIDs of interest and save it as a specific profile.
If keeping the PIDS on the screen and not "X" them out with an exit, they should return on the next connection with your profile.
There's no basic digital format except for what's in the (a) gauge or (b) line graph in a small form on the right side of the screen.

For my purposes and working with different models, years and various networks, everything is "X'd" so as to not introduce unwanted PIDs.
Basically, starting fresh with every connection.
