Note about old/new Extended License keys (starting from FORScan v2.3.22)

Trying to get a new activation key as mine has just run out but cannot see anywhere on the products page to purchase?? Anyone with any ideas?

My computer crashed and i got a new one. Is there anyway to recover my old licensed key?

I downloaded the key & keep trying to add to FS but every restart it still says 'standard license'...

Make sure ... Your computer is set to the correct date !!

Hi I'm having real trouble trying to download the new key I keep getting the message in registry editor saying

Cannot import c\users\ name\downloads\forscanlicence(1)key the specified file is not a registry script
You can only import binary registry files from within the registry editor.
Can anyone help me please.

I purchased a new extended license and the error message I get is

“Not possible to communicate with license server”

“Please make sure FORSCAN outbound connections are not blocked in firewall”

Which I’ve done everything and still get that error message. Anyone else also recently purchase extended license after the resumed sales again?
