Any issues related to FORScan application

So, after having my crappy factory battery fail and die, I replaced it and now I have the dreaded starting system failure message. I logged into the truck and the errors indicate no keys programmed and PATS module not programmed. When i try to program the PATS, it says number of keys programmed:0 but when I try to program my keys(either of both original keys which both always worked) the PATS programming fails and says key is already programmed? Any ideas? Has my BCM died from a low voltage condition? Any help would be much appreciated!
Sorry i don,t come across these in the UK but when i have had this with mondeo,s a simple trick that worked was,,,,,, connect a charger,,important,,,, turn ign on,,,, go do something else for an hour or two,,,try it,,,, if not walk away again. I wish you luck.
Just in case this helps anyone else who runs into the same kind of mess as me, I thought I would post an update. My problem has been solved! I bought a new BCM and programmed it with FORScan. This software is awesome No more dealers for me! If anyone has questions, feel free to PM me. I have learned much about this truck over the past few days and its no start condition!
I feel comfortable doing the majority of Forscan but the PATS stuff and rekeying has me nervous. I bought my truck from a deceased family member who had lost the other key which was the admin key as my 14 f150 has mykey. Now I hear that I Need to get the right chip or I could Brick my truck. I just wanna disable mykey so the radio will stay on if I don’t have my seatbelt on.
