Can't connect to elm327 bluetooth adapter

Post by bhbrt » Fri May 03, 2019 1:21 pm

Hey guys,

I purchased an obdlink lx before I did some research and after connecting it to forscan I realized it doesn't read the MS can or whatever.

So I recently purchased an elm327 adapter with the switch but I can't get it to connect to forscan. It connects to the computer fine and it connects to my phone and works with torque Pro.

Any direction on what I can do to get it connected?

Thanks,

Bobby

Have to check you've disabled bluetooth on your phone. Torque is very persistent and will probably hijack your adapter connection otherwise.

Check out this website maybe you have the wrong driver installed.

http://www.totalcardiagnostics.com/supp ... 2-software

If not then you might need to use the wired OBD elm327.
