CalibrationFiles folder

Hello, today forscan me from error GV6T-14C097-AA. I downloaded the file to copy but the calibrationFiles folder is not there. why? Can someone help me? thank you

I had to figure this out this morning.

When you get the error, look carefully at where FORScan is looking for the file.

Create the folder in that location and extract the files there.

Mine was either of these two

C:\Users\Zeno Chen\Documents\CalibrationFiles\ *most likely
or
C:\Users\Zeno Chen\Downloads\CalibrationFiles\

Zeno Chen as this was set up as my father's computer.

The problem is that the calibration file folder does not exist. I try to create it as I said in other posts.

You have to create it and move/copy the files there. The format/location is as I noted. It is not in Downloads, it is in Documents.

C:\Users\Insert your windows user id here\Documents\CalibrationFiles\

The files should be there. I copied all of them there.

If you are comfortable with TeamViewer I can try to create it for you in the proper location .
