Hi all,

tried a few weeks ago to upgrade may daughter's 2015 f250 with nav. Similar to previous posts after I upgrade to 3.10 it will not let me install the nav file and so cannot also add the patch which is to come after. Tried multiple times with different USB sticks, larger size, reformatted etc. I don't want to give up yet so I am posting if anyone else can share how they "troubleshooted" thru the issue.
Did you extract the downloaded file to the USB stick ?

Yes I did use a USB stick. Copied the files from the site to the USB stick. Suggesting I missed an extraction step once on the USB stick?

The file you download is a zipped file and you Extract it to your USB stick. If you extract it on your computer then copy the two extracted files to the USB stick. It should look like this on the USB:

SyncMyRide (Folder)
Autoinstall.lst (lstfile)

When I extract it does not have the SyncMyRide folder but 3 files: data, EA5T-14F657-AG & install.lst fil. Note the EA5T is a cabinet file. I used the link on the previous post page for that file. I extracted directly to the USB stick and to a folder on my PC with same result of these 3 files. Is there another link to get to those two files you state?

Thanks for support so far. Now appears I am challenged with the adapter. I found some information when someone used bbfly OBD but after loading driver it will connect with following error message: "Unable to connect to vehicle. Please make sure the ignition key is ON and try again". I am researching but thinking I need to purchase a different (better) adapter. OHP brand / model under consideration. Any suggestions on what works well with 2015 F250 6.7L

I've got an Obdlink MX bluetooth and they work very well but they are more expensive.
The Adapters and Connections forum here has lots of information. What make is yours and how is it connected i.e. cord, wifi or bluetooth?
