Riochim's Navigation update file for Ver 310 is the only version I have found that will actually automatically start to upload but stops and says that my system has already been updated and then says the file is too big. Sync still will not read my cards. any other suggestions? Maybe its not the update???

If you have an 8 digit code then that may be the legitimate licence for navigation and you would not have needed the Navipatch.png which puts the ./0 (pseudo license) on. If it was me I would reinstall Sync Ver. 3.08 and see if that rectifies your problem. All you need is the proper Install.lst and a copy of 3.08 on a usb stick to do that. In this thread I have posted a copy of that install.lst which needs to be copied and pasted in notepad and used with the 3.08 sync file to go back. I don't know what you did after installing Sync. Ver 3.10, but because you have a licensed Navigation all that was probably needed was a reset. Some things for you to consider.

Oh! And another thing - you can run your V.I.N. here: https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt, and see if As-Build shows if you have Navigation from the factory. It will be under APIM 7D0-01-02 x4xx xxxx xxxx. If there is a 4 as shown, then you did have navigation from the factory. Some dealerships have no clue! If not, then the navigation was activated by someone by adding the 4 there and using an 8 digit license number that someone figured out to show instead of the ./0 a Navipatch.png file. Those licenses can be bought on the internet.

Finally got it! Had to re-install 3.08 so my licensed navigation would work again. Thank you all so much for your help!

Hard to believe how easily the dealership lied to my face and told me that it did not come with navigation so they couldn’t put it back on there after the update. Ridiculous!
