Check this table

Purple stuff is your VIN in HEX format. Throw your vin in a hex convertor and it should be the same numbers. Nothing there is changing.

The Red/Blue/Green/Teal are your PCM AS BUILT data. Same data you download from the motorcraft website. In that data is where we make the change for the cruise control (Line 7) F1 to F3, then recalculate the last digit sum (1E to 20) We added 2 to go from F1 to F3 (F1.. F2.. F3), so we add two to 1E (1E.. 1F.. 20) So we get the final value of F320.

So we added two above, and the TOTAL checksum (lines 25/26) require us to minus two to compensate for the addition above. Because F3 is the TENS place for the PCM value, we need to minus 20 from the TENS place of the final checksum.

As we are just changing the total sum value by 20, we don't need to worry about changing the ones place digit. Therefore, we don't edit anything on line 26, just 25. Other changes to the PCM data might require us to, but not for the cruise control PCM change.

Take your line 25 FA value (Tens place of the final checksum) and minus 2. FA - 2 = F8. Then Recaculate your checksum for the line 25. We minused two from the line, so we minus two from the checksum 03 minus 2 is 01.

You have to calculate the data in the two lines (as the whole checksum) but forscan will calc the last digit individual checksum for the two lines

I have a standard 2012 Mazda 3 without Cruise control,
Recently I've added a steering wheel with cruise control and also I've changed the clock spring and the brake light switch,
currently I am trying to activate the cruise control through Elm327,
I've downloaded the Excel sheet to calculate the sum for cruise control
I've changed this value : 07 20 04 23 00 00 00 00 00 4E
to this value : 07 20 04 23 00 00 00 00 20 6E

and this value: 07 20 04 01 1E C0 00 00 15 7
to this value : 07 20 04 01 22 0 00 00 15 63

but when I tried to write, the following error shown: Incorrect vehicle conditions

Please help

Check to see if you can see the pcm configuration block (as built data ) in configuration.
it has all the 7e0 address values. paste it here and i will help you change the values to enable cc. if you cannot find the option try with version 2.3.16beta.
