WEIRD ABS FAULTS FOCUS MK3 1.0 ECOBOOST

Post by 0ford »

Can anyone help solve these faults on a UK 2015 Ford Focus 1.0 ecoboost?

The faults on Forscan are:

B10DF:46-2B - Master Cylinder Isolation Valve
Additional fault symptom: - Calibration/Parameter Memory Failure

U2007:46-2B - Valve(s)
Additional fault symptom: - Calibration/ Parameter Memory Failure

It says the malfunction indicator lamp is off for both of these faults on Forscan but the traction control light is on permanently on the dash.

Any help will be much appreciated thanks.

B10DF:46-2B
The control module indicates a calibration / parameter memory failure for embedded systems using FLASH memory.

U2007:46-2B
This fault can be regarded as a communications fault.

What changes did you make prior to this fault and did you replace any components?

If no changes were made or no components replaced, it appears to indicate the ABS control module is internally defective.
If a new one is purchased, it will need to be programmed because they have no software loaded.
