Hey, I'm super new to this Forscan community but I'm attempting to do this but it isn't working. I have a 2014 Ford Focus ST with the keyless start function. I followed the instructions and everything worked well until I pressed the engine start button off and on. I still got the same message "MyKey Limited to 80mph". I went into the mykey menu and the car still recognized me as using a mykey. I'd appreciate any help that some of you Forscan wizards can offer because it's very annoying. After reading the posts and replies, it seems to work for everyone who has a keyless start car. I'm not sure if I'm missing something or it might just not work in my car. I attached some images to hopefully help you guys understand a bit more.

I do have these codes present in the DTC menu. I read that someone reset all their codes and it ended up working. I tried resetting them but they never disappeared.

I’ve been trying this on a 2017 Ford escape with no luck. where do I find the KOER test in Forscan? I dont have remote start, no key fob. maybe a detailed video of this being done would be helpful. please someone help i have a long trip coming up soon and this mykey will drive me crazy lol.
thanks

I also can't get mine to work, I have a 2013 Ford Fusion, I have the OBDII reader and Forscan, I DONT have a keyless start, I have a blade key and I have tried just about everything. I don't have the PATs option on forscan, I only have 1 key and the other key which the dealership said they didn't have when we got the car is set to an admin key. I am just sick of it and don't want to spend $300 on a new key that they say has to be totally reprogrammed.

I even tried taking my key apart starting the car without the fob part, with just the blade and trying it the keyless way by walking away from the car, and no go, I tried tin foil as well. The car just tells me no key detected and defaults to MyKey state
Turn key on (No Start)
Connect to car in Forescan (save vehicle profile)
Access programming and configuration
Access IPC Mod Config (As Built)
First back up original module Then
Reprogram the module configuration in IPC Mod (As Built)
Under Mod 720-02-01 Second box of numbers, change the middle two digits ONLY to 20
Example 2CE4 should become 2204
Write all
The module will rewrite the entire mod
Turn key off and then back to on (No Start)

To verify
Access programming and configuration
Go to ICP Mod Configuration (not as built)
Search using filter MyKey
Ensure all options for My Key are disabled
That completes process

Note: MyKey will no longer be available for the vehicle.

Apologies, you will need to have a OHP ELMconfig compatible 5000 kbit/ with HS-Can/MS-Can switch USB to car coding tool and a Forscan license.

I'm trying to remove mykey from a 2012 mustang. I was only given 1 key when I bought the car and it wasn't the admin key. I can't find any spreadsheets to know what the build number should be to change this.
