Can i use ForScan Lite to edit F_BCM for active Comming Home light in mazda 3 all new?

I want to ask about ForScan Lite.
What does FORScan Lite can do?
Can i use it to active cruise control in Mazda 3 AN 2015

Hi, I have been using the program with usb obf11/elm327 reader.
Question..,Is there any way to use usb c connection to the android app version?.My reader is only usb.
Would like to use my phone to connect with it,if possible?.
Cheap skate I no but dont wanna buy another.:)

You need the full Forscan to make changes. Lite is just to monitor and look at things.

Tested another chinese device, called "EODB/ODB diagnostic interface" (blue case), this identified also as elm327 v1.5, delay 15ms, and was mutch more faster reading dtc as prior device and worked good in all ways.

So good adapter is a must!
Thinking what hapened to first one - changed baud rate or some electronic component burnded :?:
