Tested ELM 327 bluethoot, where i soldered extra components to get J1850 work - showed elm327 v1.5 with delay 30ms, read trouble codes, live stream worked for about 2 minutes, then error showed up and tool disapeared from bluethoot device list, after reconect it identifies up as elm327 v1.5 with delay 15ms but not connecting to car. I think this was to mutch for this chinese junk device.. storage companies near me:(
Tested another chinese device, called "EODB/ODB diagnostic interface" (blue case), this identified also as elm327 v1.5, delay 15ms, and was mutch more faster reading dtc as prior device and worked good in all ways.
So good adapter is a must!
Thinking what hapened to first one - changed baud rate or some electronic component burnded![]()
who is the manufacturer?

Re: FORScan Lite Beta for Android
Hi I've been using Forscan on windows no problem today I've found myself without a laptop so got the app for Android using a OTG usbC cable connected my ODB reader and Forscan recognises it but throws a error
Unable to identify vehicle the screen before this asks about a custom tune and to label it.
The reader is a Multiprotocol OBD-II Scan Tool
Google pixel 7 pro
Is there any advice or is it just a compatibility issue were having some random issues hence wanting to be able to use Forscan on the go to read issues and check sensors function

Now that it works correctly, post your screen images for the members that are interested with your application.mitomaniac wrote: ↑Tue Jul 18, 2023 6:06 amI've found the issue, was a case of finding the USB mode that worked properly sorry to trouble you
